On December 15, 2024, BTR Indonesia initiated a mangrove restoration campaign, planting over 1,000 saplings to protect
coastal ecosystems and preserve biodiversity.

Known as "Coastal Guardians" and "Ocean Lungs," mangroves significantly reduce shoreline erosion while absorbing and
storing substantial amounts of carbon dioxide. These vital ecosystems deliver exceptional social value in mitigating climate 
change. Along the coastline of Bettebette Village, BTR's newly planted mangroves stand as young guardians, growing alongside
the shores they protect.
